My
favorite food is Korean dishes. For example,
bibimbap, samgyeopsal, jjigae and so on. It's not just me, my
family likes that too, so we often go to Korean restaurant Sairo to eat Korean
dishes. I always order seafood jjigae. It's not expensive but the quantity is
delicious at most, too. I like hot food, so I always add gochujang, Korean
red chili paste, to my jjigae. Then it turns red more, and the hotness
increases. It tastes very hot and good! I like that.
Two
weeks ago, I went to Tokyo with my friends. There is Shinokubo, a Korean town,
in Tokyo, so we went there to eat Korean dishes. The restaurant which I like in
particular in Shinokubo is Ondoru. The restaurant is famous and popular, so we
must wait long time. Last time, we waited about 1 hour, but there's
dishes has worth to wait. We ordered jjigae, Korea-like fried chicken, and
Korea-like vinegared rice rolled in dried laver. We
ordered only them, but we had six kinds of salad and Kimchi.
They are free, and the another helping is free, too.
This is a Korean style.
I like to eat it, but I can't cook
them. This is because it is difficult to regulate taste with Korean seasoning.
I can't do it now, but I want to come to be able to do it someday. Jjigae and
Korea-like vinegared rice rolled in dried laver in
particular.
